Director - Oncology Quality and Analytics (Open)
How You’ll Help Transform Healthcare
- Develop and execute a comprehensive oncology quality strategy aligned with organizational priorities and cancer program growth objectives.
- Define, monitor, and report programmatic KPIs across medical oncology, surgical oncology, radiation oncology, infusion services, and supportive care.
- Translate complex clinical and operational data into meaningful reports for oncology leadership, executive teams, and board committees.
- Leverage registry data for quality studies, benchmarking, and program improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely delivery of actionable insights to support clinical decision‑making, operational efficiency, and financial sustainability.
- Continuously evaluate and refine the program and processes to enhance safety, patient experience, and quality while improving daily operations and patient outcomes.
- Manage multiple departments, as well as designated administrative and support staff to assure cost effectiveness and achievement of goals and budgets.
- Plan implementation of directives, standard policies, procedures and protocols as approved by senior management or the board of directors.
- Plan for growth, staffing, services, educational opportunities, and effective performance improvement in collaboration with Human Resources.
- Utilize developmental planning to expand employee skills and abilities.
- Operate operational plans and fiscal management including budget development, implementation, and monitoring for multiple departments.
- Support service line mission and meet goals and scorecard objectives using a system approach.
- Align work with strategic goals.
- Assure compliance with accrediting and regulatory agencies.
- Consistently deliver best in customer service and patient care.
- Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness, and empathy in each encounter.

What We Require
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 8 years of experience required; Master's preferred.
- Experience: 5-7 years in management, preferably in oncology and/or health care environment.
- Licensure, certification, and/or registration: Licensure and/or certification in medical or management related discipline.
- Leadership, planning and organizational skills to manage multiple departments and to direct successful completion of initiatives and achievement of fiscal goals.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication abilities to support and promote a respectful, inclusive culture of service excellence.
- Proven skills in clinical, operational and human resource management, including staffing, planning, performance management, team work and process improvement.
