To support the execution of enterprise talent practices, the full-time hybrid Talent Manager will manage core Talent Management processes, enhance leader effectiveness, and drive employee development while collaborating with HR stakeholders in Frisco, TX.
Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end delivery of Talent Management processes in alignment with enterprise strategy
Design and improve workflows, tools, and resources for effective execution of talent processes
Monitor execution quality and provide actionable insights to enhance talent management initiatives
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Organizational Development
Proven experience managing complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
Experience partnering effectively across HR and business stakeholders in matrixed environments
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Experience with talent management processes in Workday or similar HR systems is preferred
