As a full-time Consumer Engagement Automation Specialist, the successful candidate will design, configure, and automate member engagement journeys and campaigns across various channels using Iterable, ensuring data hygiene and effective integration with engineering and product teams.
Key responsibilities:
Build and operate multi-channel lifecycle programs, including designing journeys, managing templates, and conducting QA for campaign sends
Maintain data schema and hygiene, performing audits and resolving data quality issues while collaborating with engineering on integrations
Document workflows and build reusable templates to enhance scalability and efficiency in client onboarding and program launches
Required qualifications:
4-6 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation or engagement operations, primarily in a leading marketing automation platform
Deep expertise in Iterable or equivalent platforms, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
Proven track record of building production-ready campaigns and managing data schemas in marketing automation
Analytical proficiency with BI tools, capable of designing experiments and interpreting performance data
Experience in a regulated environment, understanding PHI, opt-out compliance, and consent management
