Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Social Media Specialist will manage and execute organic social media strategies for homebuilder clients, creating engaging content across various platforms.
Key responsibilities
Write and edit compelling social media copy for multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Edit short-form and long-form videos for social distribution and design on-brand graphics using provided assets
Track performance data, build content calendars, and coordinate communication with builder clients
Required qualifications
Experience in new home marketing is required
3+ years of experience in social media management or digital content creation
Proven video editing skills for short-form social content
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across brands
