Redesign Content Strategist

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Candidates must have the following qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of full-time experience as a Content Strategist, Editorial Strategist, Information Architect, or similar role
Strong copywriting and editorial skills with portfolio samples
Experience writing according to established style guides
Strong research and analytical capabilities
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Experience organizing meetings and working across multiple teams
Project management skills with the ability to manage deadlines independently
Basic Google Analytics reporting and web traffic analysis experience
Experience leveraging user research to guide content and digital decisions
Preferred / Desirable Qualifications

The ideal candidate should also possess:

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Creative Writing, Digital Media, or related field
Experience working in government, nonprofit, or higher education environments
Experience writing in plain language and at a sub-7th grade reading level
Experience working within modern content management systems
Experience navigating complex approval workflows with legal, policy, and executive
stakeholders
