Role Overview:
Take charge of your book of business, building and nurturing client relationships through referrals, social media, and networking.
Act as a trusted advisor, assessing risks and recommending coverage while providing proactive account management.
Focus on client retention and account expansion by delivering exceptional service and identifying new business opportunities.
Utilize your expertise to market new business, field underwrite risks, and collaborate with carriers for optimal solutions.

What We're Looking For:
Successful experience in commercial underwriting, marketing, and production (5 years preferred).
Current state insurance license.
Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and committed to client advocacy.
Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and industry-specific systems.
