We are working with an agency client in the Chattanooga area who is looking to hire a hands-on Digital Advertising Specialist to drive performance across paid media channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the data, loves optimizing campaigns, and can translate insights into action.
💡 What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and Microsoft Ads
- Monitor performance daily and continuously improve key KPIs (ROAS, CPA, conversions)
- Conduct keyword & audience research, write ad copy, test creatives, and optimize bids/budgets
- Identify opportunities to improve account performance and scale campaigns
- Partner with internal teams and support client-facing strategy discussions
- Build and deliver clear, insight-driven reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
- Communicate performance trends: the what, why, and what’s next
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years managing paid media campaigns with meaningful monthly budgets
- Strong experience with campaign setup, testing, and ongoing optimization
- Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance drivers
- Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
- Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills — able to explain performance clearly and confidently
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong business acumen
⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, pixels, APIs, UTMs, and tracking setup
- Familiarity with evolving trends in paid media and consumer behavior
