This is an in‑office role, at least 3 days per week, located in Grand Rapids, MI.

What You’ll Build

High‑performance recruiting platforms used nationwide

Real‑time dashboards, automations, and workflow engines

Internal tools that make recruiters 10× faster

Clean, scalable, modern UI/UX that feels premium

Integrations with APIs, CRMs, and third‑party systems

Systems that handle high volume, high speed, and zero excuses

What You’ll Be Doing

Writing clean, modern, maintainable code (Laravel, Vue, Inertia, or similar)

Collaborating directly with leadership to ship features fast

Turning raw ideas into polished, functional software

Owning projects from concept to build to deploy

Improving performance, speed, and reliability across the platform

Working in‑office with a small, elite team that moves fast

What You Bring

Strong experience with modern web development (PHP/Laravel, Vue/React, Tailwind, etc.)

Ability to architect clean, scalable systems

Comfort working in a fast‑moving, high‑expectation environment

Curiosity, creativity, and a bias toward action

A portfolio, GitHub, or examples of things you’ve built

Bonus: experience with automation, dashboards, or recruiting‑related tools
