Leading the development and production of weekly scripted true crime podcasts, the full-time Producer will manage day-to-day operations, conduct research, prepare hosts, and oversee workflows in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities:
Lead production operations for a weekly scripted podcast and develop documentary series
Conduct research, prepare comprehensive materials, and develop story pitches and episode concepts
Collaborate with various teams to maintain editorial consistency and manage production schedules
Required qualifications:
4+ years of experience in podcast production, non-fiction documentaries, or related fields
Proven ability to produce highly researched, narrative-driven content
Strong writing skills with experience in creating scripts and editorial materials
Experience in conducting interviews and working with on-air talent
Familiarity with audio and video production software and workflows
