Sales and Business Development Manager – HVACR Wholesale We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven manager to expand and enhance our existing HVACR wholesaler network. This role is key to driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, territory development, and proactive relationship management.
Territory: Florida (Tallahassee to Miami), Coastal Georgia, and South Carolina
Key Responsibilities Wholesaler Network Growth: Identify, onboard, and develop new wholesalers to expand market reach.
Relationship Management: Build long‑term, value‑based relationships with wholesale partners.
Volume & Placement Support: Help existing wholesalers increase volume and improve product placement to drive growth.
Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.
Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis.
CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track activity, manage leads, and report key metrics.
Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure transparency and alignment on revenue goals.
Travel & Territory Management: Travel up to 60% to visit wholesalers, attend meetings, and support regional growth.
Expense Compliance: Maintain accurate records of travel and entertainment expenses and ensure adherence to corporate policies.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within a wholesale or distribution environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Proficient in CRM and sales forecasting tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable with a high level of autonomy.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 60%.
Preferred: Experience working with multi‑regional or national wholesaler networks.
Preferred: Familiarity with the HVACR industry.
Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
