The Role
We’re hiring a Social Media Coordinator to drive social execution across our original shows and help grow our presence across platforms. This person will manage content calendars, oversee daily posting, write captions and platform‑specific copy, and help shape the voice of our brands online. Beyond day‑to‑day publishing, the role will also help develop social strategies and creative initiatives that deepen audience engagement, expand our reach, and strengthen our digital community. Our content already resonates deeply with large audiences, and this role is an opportunity to strategically and creatively build on that momentum and take our social presence to the next level.

Responsibilities

Manage content calendars and oversee daily publishing across social platforms

Write captions, platform‑specific copy, and other social‑facing brand language

Manage all inbound and outbound engagement across platforms (comments, DMs, etc.)

Develop social strategies and content concepts that grow audience, engagement, and community

Identify cultural moments, trends, and creative opportunities that strengthen our digital presence

Lead initiatives to expand to new platforms, building audiences from scratch

Track social performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Experience & Skills

1–3+ years of experience in social media management

Strong understanding of all social media platforms and best practices

Excellent writing skills and a sharp instinct for tone, voice, and internet culture

Deep passion for music, with strong awareness of artists, releases, and industry trends

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple calendars and deadlines

Strong creative judgment and an eye for what performs on social

Familiarity with analytics and using performance data to inform strategy
