Role 1: Drive Content Scheduling & Own Community Management
SUMMARY
Own the end-to-end scheduling and publishing of content across platforms while actively overseeing community engagement on behalf of clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Independently manage and execute publishing across all social media platforms in alignment with content calendars and campaign timelines
Take the lead on keeping calendars current, proactively flagging gaps or conflicts
Monitor, respond to, and escape comments and messages across client accounts with speed and brand consistency
Represent client brands with brand voice and professionalism
Own content libraries and documentation ensuring they are organized, accurate, and ready for publishing
COMPETENCIES
Deep familiarity with major social media platforms, algorithms, and content formats
Confident, polished written communication with a strong instinct for brand voice
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with reliability and attention to detail
Experience with social publishing platforms like Sprout, Loomly, etc
3-4 years of hands‑on social media management experience
SUMMARY
Lead the creation of social media content by driving copy, creative assets, and strategic ideas in close collaboration across teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Produce and/or direct platform‑native, brand‑aligned copy across all assigned accounts
Bring forward a consistent volume of creative concepts to inspire clients and continue to push forward social creativity
Create and refine graphics, captions, and short‑form videos
COMPETENCIES
Strong, versatile copywriting and design skills with a proven track record of engaging social content
Proactive creative thinking and the initiative to generate ideas
Ability to adapt voice and tone across multiple client brands
Proficiency in social tools like Canva and CapCut
3-4 years of content creation experience, with a portfolio demonstrating range
Role 3: Own Social Analytics & Performance Tracking
SUMMARY
Take ownership of performance data by analyzing results, surfacing actionable insights, and proactively informing content strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Independently pull in‑platform analytics and prepare structured reporting on a consistent, reliable schedule
Go beyond raw data to identify trends, anomalies, and platform shifts that have direct implications for client strategy and provide actionable recommendations
Maintain a well‑organized archive of performance data across all assigned accounts
COMPETENCIES
Strong analytical instincts and comfort drawing conclusions from social media data
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Curiosity about performance trends and a mindset oriented toward continuous improvement
