Position Overview
Are you a UX professional looking to put your stamp on enterprise-grade financial systems? A leading global corporate banking institution is expanding its
Risk Technology
division and seeking a talented, technically agile
UX Designer
to join the team. Currently, the division manages 7–8 critical data and risk applications that have historically been built independently. Your primary mission will be to harmonize these platforms—transforming fragmented, developer-heavy screens into a cohesive, highly functional, and user-friendly ecosystem. This role offers an incredible blend of structural user experience design coupled with hands-on, basic front-end interface development.
Responsibilities
Interface Standardization: Evaluate 7–8 existing, fragmented enterprise risk applications to design and establish a unified, intuitive visual design language and cohesive navigation structure.
User Experience (UX) Blueprinting: Architect clean, accessible user journeys, high-fidelity wireframes, screen mockups, and interactive prototypes tailored for complex technical data sets.
Basic Front-End Implementation: Partner closely with core risk engineering units and execute basic front-end UI development tweaks to streamline implementation and ensure design integrity across applications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as an immediate design partner to the technical team, providing scale and bandwidth to the current solo design lead to accelerate multi-app delivery pipelines.
Qualifications
Mandatory Portfolio: An active, accessible design portfolio link demonstrating enterprise interface transformations, data visualization workflows, or application harmonization examples is required.
Mandatory Design Tools: Advanced, professional proficiency in BOTH Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite is strictly required.
Experience: 2+ years of professional UX/UI Design experience, ideally supporting B2B platforms, financial dashboards, complex software applications, or data-dense enterprise risk tools.
Technical Sourcing Toolkit: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript/front-end framework environments to bridge the gap between abstract design files and developer application execution.
Soft Skills: Exceptional collaboration skills, a strong work ethic under tight delivery schedules, and the ability to operate efficiently within a fast-moving engineering infrastructure.
