Job Description
As Manager, Social Media at EVERSANA INTOUCH®, you will lead development and tactical initiatives, serve as social media counsel to account staff and clients, manage workload, conduct social listening and influencer research, derive insights, collaborate across the digital ecosystem, educate peers and clients, and act as primary subject matter expert supporting marketing objectives within the pharmaceutical industry.
Qualifications
Serve as social media counsel to account staff and clients in collaboration with the social team lead.
Manage workload across multiple projects for self and junior staff, taking the lead on complex initiatives.
Conduct social listening and influencer research, derive insights from data, and present findings to internal teams and clients.
Display a deep understanding of the broader digital ecosystem and cross‑collaborate with other subject matter experts.
Educate peers and clients on social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
Act as the primary subject matter expert and project owner for social media, helping clients achieve marketing objectives within the pharmaceutical industry.
Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
All other duties as assigned.
