Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain end‑to‑end data pipelines using Python and SQL to ingest, clean and transform large volumes of transactional and behavioral data.
Build and deploy machine learning models on AWS to predict customer churn, recommend products and optimize pricing strategies.
Collaborate with product, engineering and business teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering and statistical testing to support hypothesis-driven experimentation.
Document data models, workflows and model performance metrics for reproducibility and compliance.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in data science or analytics within a fast‑paced e‑commerce or marketplace environment.
Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL for data manipulation and model development.
Hands‑on experience with AWS services (S3, Redshift, SageMaker, Glue) and big data tools (Spark, Hive).
Strong statistical background and ability to communicate complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
Self‑motivated, collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
