Sales Coordinator – Facecard Medspa
Facecard is a fast‑growing, results‑driven medical aesthetics practice focused on delivering exceptional patient experiences and life‑changing outcomes. We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator who thrives in a high‑performance environment and is passionate about aesthetics, sales, and helping clients achieve their goals.

Position Summary
This is not a traditional front‑desk role. The Sales Coordinator owns the entire patient sales journey—from the initial consultation through the completed sale and scheduling process.

The ideal candidate is a confident closer who can build trust, overcome objections, and convert consultations into booked treatments while delivering a world‑class patient experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct consultations for aesthetic services and treatment plans

Build rapport and uncover patient goals

Handle objections and confidently close sales

Manage lead follow‑up and pipeline activity

Schedule and coordinate appointments for closed sales

Maintain accurate patient notes and CRM records

Follow up with prospective patients to increase conversion rates

Collaborate with providers and leadership to drive revenue growth

Deliver an exceptional patient experience from inquiry to treatment

Qualifications

Previous medspa or aesthetics industry experience required

Proven sales and closing experience

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

Comfortable discussing treatment plans and pricing

Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and results‑driven

Experience managing leads and follow‑up processes

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

Compensation

Base Salary: $42,000–$48,000 annually

Commission on personal sales performance
