Position Summary
The Marketing & Trade Coordinator supports marketing initiatives and leads trade marketing efforts, including trade shows and retail‑facing programs. The role ensures seamless execution of campaigns, manages timelines and budgets, and drives lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional coordination.
Trade show strategy and execution: plan logistics, booth coordination, and staffing.
Develop and manage trade show calendars, budgets, and inventory.
Implement lead capture processes and coordinate post‑show follow‑up.
Coordinate with creative on signage and visuals.
Support retail and sales initiatives with marketing materials.
Identify pertinent data from market research reports and compile the data into a presentable format for Sales.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of trade show needs/market reports.
Provide backup support for product development, formula testing, competitor analysis, packaging options, artwork, timeline monitoring, regulatory coordination, consumer testing, label translations, internet takedowns, brand protection, and product knowledge training.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from a four‑year institution in Marketing or a related field preferred; minimum of a two‑year Associate’s Degree acceptable.
Minimum 2 years of marketing, trade marketing, or project management experience.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience managing events or trade shows preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
