Director Strategic Accounts – Europe (Altour) As the German partner within the international Altour network, we play a central role in driving and supporting the expansion of multinational corporate travel programs across Europe.
About the Role We are expanding our multinational corporate travel programs across Europe together with our international partner network, including Altour. As Director Strategic Accounts – Europe, you will coordinate and accelerate multinational opportunities originating from partner markets. Your responsibility is to transform qualified opportunities into structured European travel programs by orchestrating the sales process across countries and navigating complex buying centers. This is not a traditional hunting role. Instead, you will act as the central orchestrator of strategic opportunities, ensuring alignment between local markets, enterprise customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Opportunity Coordination Manage multinational corporate travel opportunities across European markets
Prioritize expansion opportunities and define deal strategies
Align partner markets and internal stakeholders around clear execution plans
Buying Center Navigation Engage with complex stakeholder structures including Procurement, Finance,
Travel Management and executive leadership
Support positioning against global competitors in enterprise travel programs
Deal Progression & Governance Drive structured deal progression from qualification to closing
Ensure consistency in sales processes across partner markets
Coordinate proposal strategies, negotiations and decision timelines
CRM Transparency Maintain structured opportunity tracking and forecasting
Ensure transparency on deal status, risks and next steps across countries
Your Profile You bring strong experience within the corporate travel management industry and understand how multinational travel programs are evaluated and implemented. You combine commercial awareness with the ability to navigate complex international environments.
Preferred background 5+ years experience in corporate travel management, corporate bookings tools or global account environments
Experience with multinational corporate travel programs
Strong understanding of enterprise RFP processes and governance structures
Key capabilities Ability to navigate complex buying centers
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Structured, CRM-driven opportunity management
Experience coordinating multinational stakeholders
