What This Role Will Do

Responsible for communicating the details of the evening’s event to the production crew and relevant in‑house departments, securing required passes and tickets, preparing guest lists, managing production crew and greenroom staff, ensuring band members have necessary items, supervising load‑in and load‑out of equipment, documenting disciplinary issues, executing settlements per contract, and enforcing in‑house safety, staging and show protocols.
Responsibilities

Communicating event details to the production crew and relevant in‑house departments
Securing required passes and tickets and preparing guest lists
Managing members of the production crew and greenroom staff
Ensuring band members have required items to perform the show
Supervising load‑in and load‑out of band equipment and rental equipment
Documenting disciplinary issues of production crew and reporting actions to the Production Manager
Executing settlement per contract with artists post‑show
Enforcing in‑house policies regarding staging, safety, and show protocol
Required

At least 3 years of tour and stage production experience
Experience in stage lighting, pro‑audio systems, and basic video systems
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to make clear, concise decisions, often with limited information
Computer literate in Windows applications
Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Preferred

College degree
Physical Demands/Working Environment

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
Work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels
