Job Summary Responsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid‑sized merchants and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Field Sales Representative you will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager. Your role is to close sales of Auris business solutions with merchants throughout the area, set appointments with business owners via your network and referral partnerships, run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Auris solutions to close sales.
Responsibilities Responsible for prospecting new clients
Maintain existing/prospective client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system – currently Atlas – including call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in accordance with company policies.
Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first‑time appointments to secure a win
Continuously build and develop knowledge of the current product/service portfolio and industry developments to remain up‑to‑date
Attend weekly team meetings and weekly one‑on‑one sessions with a leader
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
Minimum Qualifications 18 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license and valid automobile insurance
Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check
Must live in an area relative to the job posting location
At least two years of relevant experience
Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
Works well independently and as part of a team
Incentive‑driven sales “hunter” attitude
Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
Enjoys cold‑calling and face‑to‑face conversations with people
Accountable for measurable, high‑quality, timely results
Ability to be in the field at least 50% of the time
Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED
Prior experience in a B2B sales role
Prior experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce or Hubspot

A first‑year professional may earn an average of $90,000 – $105,000+ if in the top 25% of performance, with uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity.
