Axvor is the holding company of DQS Solutions & Staffing, Comprehensive Logistics, and McLaren Transport, providing fully integrated inbound to finish product third‑party logistics solutions for OEMs and suppliers. Across its operating companies, Axvor supports complex supply chain needs through services that span transportation, warehousing, sequencing, staffing, quality support, and related logistics solutions, helping customers improve operational efficiency, reduce disruption, and maintain continuity across critical production and distribution environments.

Position Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach

Utilize CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate pipeline data

Research and identify target accounts within key industries aligned with company services

Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for senior sales team members

Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns in collaboration with marketing

20+ face‑to‑face calls per week

Maintain consistent follow‑up prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel

Analyze lead generation metrics and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates

Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Attend networking functions including conferences, trade shows, etc.

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (B2B) for a Staffing/Agency/workforce solution firm.

Hands‑on experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets

Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
