Who We Are Looking For
Choate Construction is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support proposal development and pursuit strategy across our Southeast offices. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping how we present our work—developing compelling, story-driven proposals and marketing materials that showcase the people, projects, and values behind the Choate brand. As part of a collaborative, high-energy marketing team, you’ll contribute directly to winning new work and strengthening client relationships while growing your career in an employee‑owned company where your impact truly matters.

You lead and support proposal and presentation development, crafting compelling content that helps win new work.

You create engaging written and visual materials for proposals, marketing collateral, awards, and social media that effectively tell Choate’s story.

You partner with internal teams to develop pursuit strategies and messaging that clearly position Choate for success.

You manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring high-quality, detail‑oriented deliverables every time.

You coordinate key marketing initiatives, including project milestones, photography, video content, and jobsite events.

You bring a proactive, collaborative mindset—introducing new ideas to improve processes, increase efficiency, and elevate overall content quality.
