Role Overview
We're looking for a skilled video editor to join our creative team and own the editing pipeline for paid media — Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond. You'll take raw footage, UGC, and assets and shape them into high-performing ad creatives. You'll also support organic video content (social, email, product launches) as bandwidth allows. This is a hands‑on role with a direct impact on revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and produce paid social video ads across Meta (Reels, Stories, feed), TikTok, and YouTube — short‑form primarily, 6–60 seconds

Turn UGC, testimonials, and raw brand footage into polished, conversion-focused creatives

Produce multiple size and format variations for each creative (1:1, 9:16, 16:9) for cross‑platform testing

Collaborate with the paid media team to iterate on creatives based on performance data — you care about what converts, not just what looks good

Support organic content needs — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube — on an as‑needed basis

Add motion graphics, captions, text overlays, and on‑brand visual treatments to all video output

Maintain an organized asset library and manage file delivery across teams

Leverage AI tools to accelerate the editing process — from auto‑captions and background removal to generating b‑roll concepts and rapid iteration on creative variants

Qualifications

2–4+ years of video editing experience, ideally with a DTC, wellness, or e‑commerce brand

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects a major plus

A portfolio or reel of paid social creative — we want to see ad work, not just brand films

Comfortable working fast with a high volume of creative requests without sacrificing quality

Sharp instincts for pacing, hooks, and retention — you understand what stops the scroll

Familiarity with platform best practices for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube

Self‑directed and able to prioritize in a fast‑moving, team‑oriented environment

Nice to have

Experience in the health, wellness, or supplement space

Basic color grading and audio mixing skills

Experience with CapCut or similar mobile‑native editing tools for TikTok‑style content

Light motion graphics or design ability (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva)
