Proactively identify, engage, and qualify potential B2B partners using cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and multi-channel sequencing.
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM tools to build and manage strong leads pipelines.
Develop and execute targeted email sequences and outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Handle calls with company points of contact, addressing objections related to data sharing and compensation models.
Vet companies against defined partnership criteria, shortlisting high-potential prospects for further engagement.
Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Lead to align on partnership requirements and share market insights.
Requirements

Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to persuade and build rapport.
Have demonstrated expertise in cold calling, outbound lead generation, and B2B business development.
Have advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM platforms.
Have experience designing and managing automated email campaigns and multistep outreach sequences.
Have a track record of handling objections with confidence, especially around complex compensation or data models.
