About the RoleRapid Wraps & Tint is a fast-growing automotive customization and graphics shop specializing in vehicle wraps, window tint, signage, decals, and custom graphics. We're looking for an experienced Graphic Designer who is confident in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and understands real-world print productionThis is not a beginner position. We need someone who can design clean, accurate, print-ready files and understands how designs translate onto vehicles and physical products.ResponsibilitiesDesign vehicle wraps (cars, trucks, vans, fleets)Create graphics for signage, banners, stickers, decals, and brandingPrepare print-ready files for large-format printers and cuttersUse provided templates and vehicle outlines accuratelyMake revisions based on customer feedbackWork closely with production installers and managementMaintain organized files and naming conventionsEnsure designs meet brand standards and print requirementsRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (required)Experience designing vehicle wraps or large-format graphicsUnderstanding of bleeds, scaling, resolution, and colorAbility to work efficiently and meet deadlinesAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to follow brand guidelines and templatesPreferred (Required)Experience in an automotive, wrap, or sign shopFamiliarity with large-format printing and vinyl installation processesBasic knowledge of pre-press and production workflows
