As a News Producer Intern, you'll work alongside our award‑winning producers, reporters, and anchors to understand what it takes to create compelling newscasts and digital content that inform and engage our viewers. What you'll do

Gain exposure to the broadcast news industry

Write and create broadcast and digital content for WLEX

Perform assigned duties as relating to the internship

Develop skills based on the area supporting

Other duties as assigned

What you'll need

High school diploma or equivalent required

Internships are intended to be positions that are for a limited duration
