Our team is looking to hire a full‑time NYC‑based Talent Producer to manage talent communications and partnerships for brand campaigns, working closely with our project, creative, post‑production, production, and strategy teams on execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead casting and talent communication, negotiation, and project management across multiple projects from pitch to content launch
Generate talent ideas for multiple leads and projects
Manage talent tracking and project‑specific status updates
Work closely with production teams to facilitate both in‑person and remote shoots
Coordinate scheduling, book travel, manage talent on set
Manage talent budget, tracking, and project‑specific status updates
Collaborate closely and proactively with our internal team across project timelines, problem solving, and creative development
Research and share digital talent trends and emerging creators
Shape campaign strategy by pitching talent ideas
Discover and connect with emerging talent to develop early relationships
Help develop long‑term relationships with talent, managers, agents, and production partners
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
2‑5 years of experience managing branded content campaigns working with digital and mainstream talent
Must have a breadth of awareness of creators across verticals and strong sense of taste in the creator space
Critical eye in matching creators with specific criteria and creative
Must have knowledge of and experience working with digital and mainstream talent, their teams, and their basic deal structures for brand partnerships, and on‑set production operations
Excellent writing, communication, and administrative skills a must
Comfort and confidence communicating and presenting in talent and client meetings
Fast learner who will seamlessly adapt to Portal A processes and priorities
Impressive problem‑solver who can easily navigate and articulate project next steps
Ability to work proactively and independently keeping various priorities in mind
Ability to understand and negotiate talent deals
Detail‑oriented and extremely organized
Able to multi‑task and manage a variety of projects at once
Interested in digital media, creators, and brands personally and/or professionally
Strong team‑building, collaborative, and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to establish priorities and work under time constraints
Desire to work on a collaborative team and work with empathy and a supportive, solution‑oriented attitude

Annual Salary Range: $75k-90k per year base salary. This represents the presently‑anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this full‑time position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience. Rates for contract periods may differ. Full‑time employees are also eligible for bonus and benefits.
