Senior Living Sales & Marketing Director

EmergencyMD is seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing for our Mira Vie Fanwood community in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in hospitality or healthcare, and have the ability to travel locally for networking functions.
This full-time position involves managing community occupancy levels and revenue production through effective marketing strategies and strong relationship-building within the community. Responsibilities include developing marketing plans, coordinating sales activities, and assisting with resident retention.
