Sr Program ManagerProgram Manager with experience of running, implementing and reporting across large scale multiple projects simultaneously running in parallel (Scrum Masters running one project will not fit this role)Experience with Managing large IT Programs in Retirements domain.Managing Senior level client stakeholders (CIO, CIO -1, Director and the likes) on a Daily basisReporting on a daily basis to CIO, CIO-1, Director level client stakeholders after obtaining project level updates from individual Scrum Masters/ PMsAbility to own and create overarching Program Plan with multiple in-flight ProjectsMust have strong technology background preferably in Java technologiesWell versed with Program and Project Management activities (Seasoned Program Manager)Strong Stakeholder management and communication skills are a MUST (Candidate will not survive this role without this skillset)Experience of complete project life cycle implementation experience across Analysis design development and production rolloutExperience of managing Agile/ Scrum based project delivery is a mustExperience and knowledge of Capital Markets will be a Plus.
