NXP Semiconductors is hiring a Senior Editor Corporate Content and Storytelling (f/m/d) to drive global brand campaigns and internal or external storytelling formats - supporting a coherent, modern content ecosystem that strengthens our position as the trusted partner for intelligent edge systems.

In this global, cross-functional role, you will own and drive key brand-level content initiatives that connect our strategy, value proposition, and proof points across both external and internal channels.

You Will Play a Pivotal Role In

Translating NXP’s positioning into impactful, scalable brand stories and content platforms

Managing corporate and brand content on nxp.com

Ensuring technology storytelling is clear, credible, and differentiated at brand level

You will collaborate closely with Brand, Digital, Customer Journey Strategy, Business Lines, and agencies, helping ensure we tell one consistent, compelling story across all touchpoints.

The position is open across NXP sites in Hamburg, Gratkorn, Munich, Toulouse, and Austin and reports into the Head of Brand Content Creation. You'll be part of a global team of marketing communications colleagues across the globe.

Responsibilities
External (Brand Communications)

Develop the strategic content foundation for global brand campaigns

Translate our technology leadership into clear, differentiated narratives and content frameworks across channels

Develop and produce differentiated, compelling content

Lead the development of structured, consistent, and fresh content on nxp.com, including:

Reimagining formats (e.g., blogs, storytelling formats, modular content)

Ensuring alignment with brand tone of voice and messaging

Drive end-to-end content consistency across brand campaigns, web, and supporting channels

Partner closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution and innovation in formats

Internal (Strategic storytelling)

Own and drive our global internal Newsletter, ensuring:

Consistent cadence

Engaging, relevant storytelling aligned with corporate narrative

Clear connection between internal and external storylines

What You Will Bring

Strong ability to translate complex technologies into clear, compelling stories at brand level

Experience in content creation for global campaigns

Proven track record in digital content strategy (ideally for corporate websites)

Experience shaping content systems, and developing naming structures (a strong plus)

Ability to challenge and evolve content formats and storytelling approaches

Strong stakeholder management skills across Marketing, Digital, Strategy, and Business Lines

Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams in a global environment

Qualifications

Degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing or related field

6+ years of work experience in Communications, Content Strategy, or Marketing preferably in B2B and/or tech environment

Agency and/or corporate background

Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus

Exceptional storytelling skills

Proven ability to develop and deliver high-impact content across digital and campaign channels

Experience working with complex, technical subject matter

Strong affinity for technology and ability to build foundational technical understanding

Solid understanding of digital and content platforms, and (AEO) content strategy

Familiarity with digital ecosystems and content performance thinking

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Collaborative mindset and strong team orientation

Curiosity, proactivity, and a bias for action

Strong conceptual thinking combined with executional rigor
