Summary
The Paid Media Coordinator will support the Senior Manager, Paid Media on North America brand and performance campaigns across paid search, lower-funnel social, affiliate, and retailer co-op channels for the US and Canada. This role manages campaign setup, asset delivery, timelines, agency and platform partners, and performance recaps and optimizations. The coordinator will work cross-functionally with creative, e-commerce, PR, and influencer teams and assist with finance operations related to media execution.
Responsibilities
Partner with the Senior Manager and media agency to develop and execute full-funnel media plans and performance campaigns.
Plan and manage 2-3 national brand campaigns per year across paid social, OLV, programmatic, and related channels.
Execute always-on paid search and lower-funnel social campaigns in coordination with e-commerce to support DTC promotions and key moments.
Manage retailer media partnerships (Sephora, Ulta) and affiliate relationships to drive on-site and publisher sales.
Manage campaign inputs, creative assets, usage rights, promotional details, and agency/platform communication to ensure timely delivery.
Review agency reports, summarize performance insights, and prepare presentations and campaign recaps for stakeholders.
Coordinate finance tasks including processing IOs, invoices, and POs for accurate tracking and payments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
1-2 years of proven paid media experience, agency-side or in-house.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Solid understanding of paid media KPIs (CPM, CPC, CTR, CVR, ROAS) and attribution fundamentals; exposure to GA4 is a plus.
Hands‑on experience or familiarity with social ads managers (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) and proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation tools.
