Your Responsibilities

Engage potential healthcare candidates through our exclusive platform and your personal network

Introduce MLR's opportunities to prospective candidates and assess their interest

Coordinate appointments for candidates to undergo deeper evaluations with our recruiters

Maintain contact with leads to ensure their ongoing interest and support their hiring process

Keep precise, updated records in our applicant tracking system

Earn commissions for meetings set, interviews conducted, and successful hires stemming from your leads

Your Compensation
