Multifamily Marketing (Primary Focus)
Manage social media strategy and day-to-day posting
Build and maintain website (updates, SEO, photography, promotions)
Create and execute digital campaigns
Design marketing materials
Collaborate with teams to align on digital campaigns with goals
Train and support staff on social media best practices, content gathering, and brand consistency
Monitor via Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools
Corporate Marketing Support (Secondary Focus)
Support brand awareness by creating and implementing digital campaigns (e.g., investor-focused Google Ads, website SEO updates, content ideas)
Coordinate with the Senior Marketing Associate on digital aspects of PR and campaigns
Assist in managing social channels (LinkedIn and Instagram), including scheduling posts and engagement
Digital Campaign Development
Proactively develop and pitch digital marketing initiatives that support velocity, brand positioning, or investor growth
Research new digital trends, tools, or channels that may enhance performanceMaintain a monthly analytics dashboard to track KPIs across multifamily and corporate initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
4+ years of digital marketing experience
Strong understanding of SEO, social media management, and digital campaign execution
Proficiency in tools like WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp/HubSpot, and Google Ads
Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Linkedin Ads manager and performance tracking
Excellent copywriting skills with attention to brand tone and visual consistency
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects across distinct brands
