windows, doors, siding, and roofing . Our success is built on

As we continue to expand our marketing presence in the

Fargo–Moorhead region , we’re looking for a leader who can balance

operational excellence with a people‑first leadership style .

What You’ll Do
You’ll take full ownership of

Window World’s local event and field marketing program

– from planning to execution – ensuring every home show, festival, and community event builds brand presence and drives measurable results.

Plan, execute, and evaluate home shows, street fairs, and regional events within an 80‑mile radius of Fargo, ND

Must be able to work every weekend to attend events and shows with your team

Own the budget for your market: plan, allocate, and optimize spending for maximum ROI

Recruit, train, and lead an energetic event team of appointment setters and brand representatives

Build a business within the business – manage your territory as if it’s your own franchise unit with clear growth targets

Track and analyze KPIs weekly, including lead volume, cost per lead, and appointment conversion

Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales leadership to hit (or exceed) market-level goals

Drive culture and accountability through positivity, humor, and authentic leadership
