About the Role
Analyst, Corporate Communications – responsible for developing and executing external communications plans and advancing Visa business interests in Georgia and Armenia. This position is located in Tbilisi, Georgia, and reports to the Senior Director of Corporate Communications for Visa CISSEE.

This is a hybrid role with office days confirmed by the Hiring Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively execute efficient and timely communications plans and approaches that align with and support the regional business development priorities in Georgia and Armenia.

Raise awareness of Visa and improve its corporate reputation among critical audiences as measured by media coverage, message pull-through, and perception audits.

Build and implement product communications plans, focusing on digital payments and innovation.

Manage communications agencies to ensure corporate messages and news stories are distributed in a way that enhances external perceptions of Visa and meets business objectives.

Work with business units to develop and manage specific project‑based campaigns and communications plans; monitor and manage against targets.

Manage corporate profiling for key speakers to support business objectives.

Foster relationships with key media representatives, pitching stories effectively to Tier 1 outlets in markets of responsibility; contribute to crisis and issues management.

Manage evaluation of media monitoring to provide reporting.

Manage budgets for Corporate Communications in the indicated markets, communications agencies, and campaigns.

Ensure communications processes are aligned with global requirements, documented and followed, including approvals.

Liaise with major partners to develop shared strategy and messages for significant launches, ensuring all approvals.

Operate as a flexible and active team member within the wider CISSEE communications team.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of work experience and a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (Master’s, MBA, JD, MD, PhD). Preferred: 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years with an Advanced Degree.

Over 2 years of experience in communications.

Fluent in Georgian, English, and Russian, with strong written, oral, and presentation skills.

Flexible, adaptable, solutions oriented.

Enthusiastic about AI and digital tools.

Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; comfortable with data analysis.

Passionate about technology and the payments industry.

Strong teamwork and relationship‑building abilities.

Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.

Expert‑level project management skills.

Skilled at managing multiple projects and shifting priorities.
