Join Hoʻopili Community Association (HCA), one of Hawaiʻi's largest master‑planned communities. This summer, you'll build a marketing portfolio and shape how we connect with thousands of residents through social media, events, and programs. You'll contribute to campaigns, learn professional design and marketing tools, and gain hands‑on experience in vendor and community engagement. Primary Responsibilities
Communications & Social Media
Build a content calendar for social media, flyers, and email campaigns
Design event graphics and flyers in line with HCA brand guidelines (Festival Street Eats, Farmers Market, seasonal events)
Draft copy for email blasts, captions, and subject lines
Keep SoHo Community center and community bulletin boards current
Event Marketing & Logistics
Support Festival Street Eats with vendor outreach, RSVPs, and day‑of logistics
Help shape the next phase of the Farmers Market, including a vendor fee model
Promote The Urb's classes and programming to drive resident participation
Coordinate community signage (banners and A‑frames) and event vendor communications
Newsletter & Email Campaigns
Support Brevo email campaigns with design, approval workflows, on‑time delivery, and monthly analytics reporting
Help launch and produce the community newsletter with a template, content gathering, and asset organization
Digital Files & Website
Reorganize digital files (Google Drive, future migration to a secure platform, project management platform) and physical office inventory
Assist with Wix website updates

Hoʻopili (91-1565 Honouliuli Street, Ewa Beach, Hawaii 96706)
Schedule:
Flexible 19 hours/ week schedule. Work hours are between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Sunday. Primarily on weekdays, with occasional weekend event support.
Duration:
July - September 2026 (3 months) with potential to extend into a permanent role based on performance
Compensation:
$18/ hour
