For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director Product Management – Ads Quality to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a technology-driven environment.


Location: Palo Alto, CA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available


Compensation: $294,992 – $516,236 annually


Responsibilities



  • Define and advocate for a multi-year product strategy for Ads Quality

  • Build and inspire a team of 10‑15 senior Product Managers

  • Partner with engineering to shape the ML and AI technology roadmap

  • Balance advertiser ROI with maintaining the company’s unique user experience

  • Represent Ads Quality in high-level monetization strategy discussions

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to launch new advertising products

  • Develop measurement solutions with Engineering, Sales, and Legal teams


Qualifications



  • 15+ years of product leadership experience in advertising technology or data-driven marketing

  • Proven track record of building and scaling profitable ads products

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

  • Experience leading and mentoring large PM organizations

  • Strategic mindset with robust analytical and data fluency, especially in ML/AI

  • Adept at navigating complex organizational structures and aligning diverse teams

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
