About the Role
Our insurance client is seeking a

Creative Designer / Production Designer

to join their in-house creative team supporting the Global Risk Solutions North America business unit. This role focuses on delivering high-quality

print and digital creative assets

across ongoing marketing and campaign initiatives.

You will work closely with Art Directors, marketing partners, and other creative team members to translate concepts into visually compelling designs aligned with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce print and digital assets across multiple marketing initiatives

Translate conceptual ideas into polished creative deliverables

Support Art Directors on large campaigns and independently execute smaller projects

Create production-ready assets for digital, web, mobile, and print channels

Participate in project kickoffs and creative brainstorming sessions

Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual standards

Manage multiple design requests in a fast-paced environment

Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly on design deliverables

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive execution

Maintain strong attention to detail and meet tight deadlines

Required Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in graphic design or production design

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design work

Expertise in

Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and composition

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

Preferred Skills

Experience with

Figma

Video editing/animation tools ( After Effects, Premiere Pro )

Exposure to B2B or corporate marketing environments

Strong conceptual thinking and creative development skills
