Leading the strategic direction of the inside sales organization, the remote Senior Inside Sales Manager will scale outbound and inbound sales functions, optimize pipeline generation, and build a high-performing team aligned with revenue goals.
Key responsibilities

Define and lead the strategy for the inside sales team across inbound, outbound, and lead qualification functions
Manage, coach, and develop inside sales managers and representatives to achieve pipeline generation and conversion targets
Collaborate with Marketing, Field Sales, and RevOps to align lead generation strategy, campaign execution, and territory planning

Required qualifications

8-10 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or sales leadership, with 4+ years in a managerial capacity
Proven success scaling inside sales teams and delivering on pipeline and conversion goals
Strong background in sales process design, enablement, and CRM best practices (Salesforce expertise required)
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred
