Seeking an experienced Private Equity lawyer, the full-time Senior Specialist Legal Editor will create and maintain legal content, support AI-driven solutions, and collaborate with a team while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Research, write, and maintain legal content aligned with market practices and customer needs
Review and edit content produced by colleagues and external contributors
Stay updated on legal and market developments to ensure content accuracy and relevance
Required qualifications
Juris Doctor with a current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
Minimum of 8 years' experience as a sponsor-side Private Equity lawyer
Extensive experience in structuring and negotiating complex M&A deals
Strong writing skills with a passion for clear and concise legal writing
Familiarity with AI tools in legal work and adaptability to new technologies
