Partnering with senior leaders, the part-time hourly ICEO Executive Writer will develop personalized executive resumes, bios, and branding materials while collaborating closely with executive advisors in a remote capacity across the United States.
Key responsibilities
Conduct in-depth consultations to understand executives' career goals and value propositions
Translate complex executive experiences into concise, compelling content for resumes and bios
Collaborate with ICEO Advisors to incorporate strategic guidance into all developed documents
Required qualifications
3+ years of experience as an executive resume writer or branding specialist; relevant credentials preferred
Exceptional writing, editing, and grammar skills suitable for executive-level content
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
