Experienced enterprise sales leaders will find a full-time opportunity as a Client Director - Northeast, responsible for managing complex enterprise relationships, driving renewals and platform adoption, and building executive-level partnerships to enhance customer loyalty and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities

Build and deepen multi-level relationships within assigned accounts, serving as a trusted advisor
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive license expansion and renewal excellence
Partner with clients to create outcomes-driven roadmaps that align Nexthink's platform with their business priorities

Required qualifications

10+ years of enterprise technology sales or account leadership experience, with a proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets
2+ years in a Client Director or equivalent role managing large, complex enterprise accounts
Direct experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, or Digital Employee Experience
Demonstrated success engaging with C-suite stakeholders, including CIOs and CHROs
Strong strategic thinking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to lead virtual teams effectively
