To redefine the visual identity of women's health, the full-time Lead Designer will architect a comprehensive design system and create impactful, on-brand creative across various platforms while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Define and document the brand's visual identity, including typography, color, layout, and photography direction
Art direct and design high-impact creative for campaigns, landing pages, and social media, ensuring alignment with brand standards
Collaborate with various teams to maintain visual consistency and mentor junior designers on the design system
Required Qualifications
8+ years of professional design experience in brand and performance roles, preferably in a high-growth DTC environment
Proven ability to build or evolve a brand visual identity or design system with relevant artifacts
Outstanding portfolio demonstrating a range of integrated campaigns and strong art direction skills
Advanced expertise in Figma and Adobe CC; familiarity with motion tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience
