We provide customers across the entire credit spectrum access to financing and refinancing programs with competitive rates and flexible terms through our direct-to-consumer and dealer programs. We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride.

We have an immediate need for a Marketing Manager to join our team located in Beverly, MA. You will lead the marketing needs for the organization for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV, and Marine assets. The role is onsite Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 830am-5:30pm.

Day-to-Day Expectations
As a Marketing Manager, your day-to-day expectations will revolve around driving innovative marketing strategies in alignment with our core values. You will collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm campaigns, analyze market trends, craft engaging content for various platforms, and manage social media presence to ensure brand consistency. Additionally, you will track campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed, and engage with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals. Participating in regular team meetings to share insights and celebrate successes is also part of the role.

Required Qualifications
Strong communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members. Analytical skills to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies, demonstrating accountability for results. Creativity for developing innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with clients, and adaptability to pivot strategies based on industry trends and feedback. Solid understanding of branding and market positioning. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining respect and integrity in interactions with colleagues and clients.
