Kontoor Brands is a purpose-led organization focused on leveraging its global platform, strategic sourcing model and best-in-class supply chain to drive brand growth and deliver long- term value for its stakeholders.**Job Posting:****Specialist, Social Media****Job Summary**The Social Media Specialist will support the Social Media Sr. Coordinator in building an elevated influencer presence for Wrangler with a focus on building brand love and supporting ecommerce initiatives. This hands-on role will engage directly with influencers, create briefs and lookbooks, and assist with influencer campaign execution. They will support strategic influencer marketing plans and help bring them to life. The ideal candidate must be curious and passionate about influencer marketing, and is a natural problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.**Responsibilities*** Assists with influencer campaign development, creation, and execution in partnership with Social Media Sr. Coordinator* Identifies potential influencers for use in organic and paid media. In addition to managing relationship building and monitors industry updates.* Vets influencers for brand fit for organic and paid campaigns* Builds briefs and lookbooks to send to influencers under the direction of the Social Media Sr. Coordinator* Partners with PR agency to develop relationships with macro and celebrity level influencers* Assists with development of TikTok Shop Collaborator Partner program in partnership with Social Media Manager and Social Media Sr. Coordinator* Assists with weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and campaign-based influencer reporting**Leadership*** Strong and effective communication skills with the proven ability to present and sell your ideas as it relates to writing copy* Knowledge of fashion and marketing content trends and best practices* Have a finger on the pulse of current culture and the retail industry, especially denim.**Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or university* Has a demonstrated passion for and understanding of influencer marketing* Has working knowledge of managing influencers in a professional capacity on a variety of platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok**Bonus:*** Experience with influencer management platforms (e,g, CreatorIQ, Sprout Social, Aspire, Bazaarvoice, etc.)development, providing creative feedback, and analysis); experience in working with creative and media agencies with a focus on digital media channels* Possesses attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and juggle projects effectively; demonstrates resourcefulness and intellectual curiosity* Understands that managing influencer campaigns is not an 8-5 job and occasional work will take place outside of traditional business hours* Budget management experience, including budget allocations, tracking, and reconciliation to ensure project and overall budget is on targetidentifies opportunities to maximize budget efficiencies to improve ROI**Leadership Competencies Expected for this Role****Foundational Leader****Global Agility –** Be open and adapt quickly when things change**Purposeful Integrity –** Do the right thing, even when no one is watching**Strategic Foresight –** Think ahead and plan for what’s coming**Customer Centric Innovation –** Find better ways to serve our customers**Urgency for Impact –** Act fast and get results that matter**Bold Accountability –** Take ownership of your work and results**Empowered Collaboration –** Work well with others to get things done**Why Kontoor Brands?**At Kontoor, we offer a comprehensive benefit package to fit your lifestyle.
