We are looking for an

Assistant Business Development

for a trainee position in the Paris office. Could this be you?
What you will do:
As a member of our New biz & Marketing team, you will provide support in all areas of Landor's commercial development (France and Switzerland) by assisting the director of commercial development and marketing. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be immersed in the world of branding and design.
Your missions:
Achieve a deep understanding of Landor's offer and expertise,
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key departments of the agency such as client services, creation, and strategy,
Assist in the follow-up of new commercial activities, lead tracking, and status updates in the internal software (Sugar CRM),
Support in the realization of new business projects, including creative pitches:
Assist in meetings and prepare minutes,
Help in the preparation of presentations,
Help in the coordination of internal calendars and teams to meet deadlines,
Help in the preparation of methodology proposals, budget, and schedule.
Become a guru of prospects, understanding their organization and commercial challenges - leveraging tools such as Sales Navigator,
Stay updated on the news of priority sectors to share weekly updates with the growth team,
Perform regular benchmarking of agency competitors to understand market trends,
Work closely with marketing and communication to bridge marketing activities and growth, especially regarding commercial marketing campaigns,
Marketing and communication support assistant with the organization of events (i.e., LinkedIn live or physical events) as excellent opportunities to generate new leads,
Pay attention to details, ensuring that all presentations, proposals, and communications are error-free and of the highest quality.
Profile we are looking for:
Fluency in French and advanced level in English are indispensable,
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field,
Project management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines,
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously,
A capacity to build strong working relationships, both internally and externally,
Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate with key stakeholders, the global Landor network, WPP partners, as well as external stakeholders, such as prospects,
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Keynote, and Miro,
Ability to work autonomously and cross-border with key stakeholders based abroad,
A solution-oriented vision, fueled by curiosity and an innovative spirit,
Passion for branding and design,
Previous internship in the field is a plus.
