This is a hands-on Controls Engineer role focused on PLC programming, machine troubleshooting, and supporting custom automation systems in a stable, growing environment.What You'll DoProgram, troubleshoot, and debug Allen Bradley PLCs & HMIs (Studio 5000 / FactoryTalk)Support new machine builds, upgrades, and retrofitsPerform electrical troubleshooting on automated equipmentRead and work from electrical schematics (AutoCAD Electrical)Assist with commissioning and machine startupsCollaborate with engineering and production teams to improve system performanceMinimal travel (rare in practice)What We're Looking For3–5 years of PLC programming experienceStrong Allen Bradley PLC/HMI backgroundElectrical troubleshooting & schematic reading skillsWhy This RoleDirect hire position with strong long-term stabilityHighly hands-on work with custom automation equipmentOpportunity to support both new builds and continuous improvement projectsStrong technical exposure in a growing automation environment
