What You’ll Do Lead business development initiatives that help practice leaders win new client engagements
Own the end-to-end pitch and proposal process, from strategy through submission
Support client targeting efforts, relationship development, and account growth plans
Manage awards, rankings, and directory submissions to strengthen market visibility
Coordinate thought leadership, client alerts, webinars, and industry events
Partner with communications and PR teams to elevate practice and partner profiles
Mentor and manage team members while balancing multiple high-priority initiatives
Core Tech & Skills Law firm or professional services business development experience
Pitch and proposal management
Client targeting and account development
Marketing campaign execution
Stakeholder and partner relationship management
CRM platforms and business development reporting
Strong proposal, presentation, and content writing skills
Project management and deadline prioritization
Experience supporting regulated or compliance-focused industries
