About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Sales Management & Operations to lead the sales process and account-based sales management across its Grid & Ops and Customer Solutions market units. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and enforcing the end-to-end sales process, setting and maintaining pipeline hygiene standards, and running the pipeline-review cadence to ensure accurate sales forecasting. This role requires a disciplined operator with a proven track record in sales leadership, including the ability to build and manage sales teams, and a strong background in CRM/Salesforce management. The VP will also be tasked with driving demand generation, translating marketing campaigns into client outreach, and holding the account teams accountable for lead follow-up and deal progression.

Applicants for the VP, Sales Management & Operations position at the company should have at least 10 years of experience in sales leadership, with a focus on managing and developing sales teams rather than carrying an individual quota. The role demands a professional with a hands-on approach to Salesforce or comparable CRM, and a history of turning marketing and solution demand generation into tangible pipeline growth. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and experience in consulting, subscription, and SaaS sales is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to prioritize and allocate resources effectively, and will operate with the highest level of integrity and accuracy in all sales-related activities.
