Overview
This temporary position will support downstream marketing activities and the continued development and execution of integrated global marketing campaigns and collateral that drive demand and brand preference for flow cytometry research instruments, reagents, and software solutions.

Campaigns comprise tactics across web, social, email, print, tradeshows, webinars, whitepapers, etc., with strong focus on messaging and content development and providing regional teams with tactical elements ready for deployment.

The role requires a track record of tactical execution and partnership across global and regional product managers, global marketing communications, trade show/event staff, digital marketing, e‑commerce, web, and inside sales teams to maintain communication integrity.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to drive growth and adoption of key product lines and solutions, and ultimately generate high‑quality leads.

Plan and generate annual and quarterly lead generation and customer awareness campaigns; monitor lead evolution into sales funnel in partnership with sales and lead nurturing teams.

Accountable for content development across web and other channels to drive traffic, engagement, and marketing‑qualified leads.

Understand key market trends, barriers, customer insights, and competitive information to identify customer needs at global and regional levels and translate into actionable programs and assets.

Collaborate with regional marketers and cross‑functional teams to optimize program development, roll‑out, training, and implementation with measured results.

Develop actionable work‑plans and road‑maps aligned with business objectives, timelines, and budget; lead internal teams and vendors in material development and program implementation.

Communicate and drive alignment on priorities, key initiatives, and messaging.

Coordinate with product marketing and digital/e‑business team to oversee website content, format, and overall digital presence.

Collaborate with Scientific Marketing to consolidate and manage tactical plans derived from new scientific evidence supporting strategic marketing goals.

Serve as the project manager and coordinator for downstream marketing campaigns and digital assets related to strategic imperatives; collaborate with marketing counterparts, channel partners, and global managers to design, develop, monitor, and manage quarterly campaign timelines.

Analyze success metrics for campaigns and assets to determine ROI; provide feedback to business leaders and internal/external stakeholders; ensure marketing mix spend tracked to annual plans.

Analyze Salesforce.com and market reports on monthly leads, quotes, demos, wins, losses; report to sales and marketing; provide quarterly strategic recommendations to increase campaign efficiency.

Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience in flow cytometry or single‑cell multiomics preferred but not required.

Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the life sciences industry.

Working knowledge in brand marketing, market/customer segmentation, value proposition development, competitive analysis, marketing communications, and digital & traditional go‑to‑market strategies.

Experience with online lead funnels (generation, nurturing, scoring, conversion) using CRM such as Salesforce.com and marketing automation technology such as Marketo.

Experience managing a variety of marketing campaigns from inception to completion.

Experience creating content for web and social media.

Ability to rapidly absorb detailed product information and translate it into accurate messaging for all tactics.

Ability to work effectively on multiple projects with competing priorities.

Strong collaboration skills and ability to work well within the department and cross‑functionally, focusing on the big picture.

Excellent cross‑functional, project management, and leadership skills with influence across all levels of the organization.

Strong creative perspective to bring fresh ideas to marketing campaigns collaboratively.

Comfortable in a global, fast‑paced, highly matrixed environment.
